How to ask
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0805 962 5307.
- Tell us the email address or phone number on your account, and whether it is a customer, store or rider account.
- So nobody can delete your account but you, we may ask you to confirm from that email or phone number.
We complete deletions within 30 days and confirm when it's done. If you have an order in progress, we finish or cancel it first.
What we delete
- Your login and profile: name, email, phone number and photo.
- Saved addresses, gas tracker history and notification tokens.
- For stores: your store listing, products, staff access, verification documents and bank details.
- For riders: your profile, verification documents, bank details and location history.
What we keep, and for how long
- Order and payment records: up to 6 years, because tax and accounting law requires it. Your name and contact details are removed from them.
- Records needed for an open dispute, fraud case or legal request: until it is resolved.
