Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vicxien Corp, which operates ErrandGo. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use ErrandGo.

1. What ErrandGo is

ErrandGo is a platform that connects customers with independent local stores (such as gas, food, grocery and pharmacy stores) and with delivery riders. The store sells you the goods; ErrandGo provides the app, takes your order to the store and arranges delivery. Each store is responsible for the quality, safety, legality and description of what it sells.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information, especially your phone number and delivery address. Stores and riders use them to reach you.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are set by each store and shown before you order, together with the delivery fee and any tip you add.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed only when the store accepts it. A store may decline, for example if an item is out of stock, and the app will tell you why.
• If a store changes its price while you are checking out, we will show you the new price before you can order.
• Gas amounts are measured by the store. Small differences caused by measuring equipment may occur.

4. Payment

At the moment, you pay on delivery, in cash or by transfer to the rider or store as shown in the app. When card and wallet payments launch, they will be processed by a licensed payment provider, and these terms will be updated. Never pay anyone who asks for more than the total shown in your app.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and store preparation times can cause delays.
• Please be available at the address you gave. If the rider can't reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and you may still be charged for it and for delivery.
• We may ask you for a delivery code to confirm the right person received the order. Don't share your code before your order arrives.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel free of charge while your order is still Requested (before the store accepts it).
• After the store accepts, contact us through the app. Whether you can cancel, and whether you owe anything, depends on how far the order has gone.
• If something arrives wrong, damaged or missing, tell us within 24 hours with photos if possible. We will work with the store to put it right, which may mean a replacement or refund of the affected items.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use ErrandGo to order illegal items, to place fake orders, to harass stores, riders or staff, to give false information, to interfere with the app, or to get around its prices and security. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Stores

If you sell on ErrandGo:

• Your store must be verified before customers can see it. Give true business and identity information.
• Keep your prices, stock and opening status accurate, and prepare accepted orders promptly.
• You are responsible for your products, including their quality, safety, labelling and any licences they require.
• You are responsible for the actions of staff you add to your store account.
• Earnings are paid to the bank account you provide, following the payout process in the Merchant portal. Commission or fees, if any, will be shown to you before they apply.

10. Riders

If you deliver with ErrandGo:

• You work as an independent contractor, not as an employee of ErrandGo. You choose when to go online.
• You must be approved before taking deliveries, hold any licence your vehicle legally requires, and follow traffic laws.
• Handle orders with care. Transport gas cylinders only if your vehicle and setup are allowed and safe for it.
• Your earnings for each delivery are shown in the rider app before you accept it.

11. Our responsibility

We work to keep ErrandGo available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows:

• the store, not ErrandGo, is responsible for the goods it sells;
• we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for events outside our reasonable control;
• our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using ErrandGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why.

13. Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 14 days. If we can't, the courts of Ogun State will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as ErrandGo grows. We will tell you in the app about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using ErrandGo afterwards, the new terms apply.
